Sausage Spaghetti

Serves 1


4 cloves of garlic (minced)
A serving of cooked spaghetti
2 sausages sliced
Mixed herbs
black pepper
4 large button mushrooms
olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and saute til fragrant.
  2. Add in mushrooms and saute til soft.
  3. Add in sausages and stir fry for a while.
  4. Add in mixed herbs and black pepper.
  5. Dish up and serve on a bed of cooked spaghetti
